I wanted to check in with you the other night
but we were without Power Again

seems to be happening alot this year around here

I'm just afraid that this will happen:

We put the house up on the market in the begining of April and then it sells by the end of April and the buyers will want to close right away!!! But we don't want to close til July 1st-so I don't know if we should wait til end of April to put it up or later

in our neighborhood homes have been selling pretty quick-and this house will be one of the few under 200,000 so it makes a great starter home

so we have to be firm about the closing date is all-and hope we find someone willing to wait

We plan on trying ourselves 1st and if it's going slow by May we will go with a Realator
