I've been wondering about mickeysairportbus.com. Their website is very unprofessional (the whole "their bus caught on fire" throughout their homepage kind of bothers me), but I was quoted a low price. I can't find any real good reviews on the company, so I was hoping to see if someone here has ever used them. Are they a good, reputable company?

I checked out the site, very unprofessional, riddled with spelling and grammar errors too, which bugs me on a business website, and the layout hurts my eyes. As for the actual company, I've never used, but their website doesn't speak highly of them, someone shoud burn it down LOL

Their website is a mess. There is spelling and grammar errors throughout.

All I can say is if in your gut it doesn't feel right, don't do it. You are getting into a van and trusting a hired stranger to deliver you and your family somewhere. A couple of dollars is not worth peace of mind and your family's safety (and security).

Super Shuttle and Disneyland Express are 2 that people use a lot. In many years of being part of the DISBoards, I don't think I have ever read about Mickey’s Space Ship Shuttle.

Thank you all! I totally agree that it's not even worth it. For all I know, they could drive us to some deserted area and chop our heads off or something. Not really my cup of tea! LOL. But you'd think they'd at least check spelling and grammar. The email they sent me didn't even capitalize the name of the company! And they asked me to read their entire webpage... have they really seen how much stuff they have on there?! And it's all over the place... most of it talking about other companies' busses catching on fire.
Here is a copy of the email they sent me:
$74 each way with two baby seats on board when you arrive. Direct to hotel, each way cash pay as you go.
We also do tours for just you and the children, discount disney store get %70 off.
Check out our site read it all please, mickeysairportbus.com thank you mickeys :-)

I think I'll pay the $20 more each way for a reputable, safe, guaranteed company... who has a NICE, PROFESSIONAL webpage!
BTW, L2S2C, I lol'd at your burn it down comment!

I have seen them at LAX before, and I've heard of them.

But wowwowwow does their website just turn me AWAY from their business!

They are showing a uniformed worker dealing with an ART shuttle, and somehow saying that it's a bus that broke down (or caught fire)? ART and the spaceship don't compete, and I don't mind having uniformed employees at the ready to be dispatched should something go wrong.

All they do is link "fire" and mickeysairportbus.com together in one's mind!

However, I think it's lovely that they have a picture of the loading area at LAX. Very very helpful, actually!
