Last night room suggestions?

We are staying 3 nights at the HRH at Universal, then moving over to Polynesian LVC for 5 nights. We (me, DH, DD17, DD9) are going with 2 brothers-in-law, taking them to the airport and then visiting my dad for a week. Since their flight doesn't leave until 6:30 pm, we kicked around the idea of staying an extra night and leaving in the morning to drive to my dad's house. There are no rooms left for Polynesian LVC, so hubby said "Why don't we try another hotel for the night?" This is from a man who refused to stay anywhere else besides the Polynesian.
Thinking about CR Tower, but I would love any other opinions or suggestions!
