Last name change?

After divorce is final, last name will change. How do I update Disney, does it cost anything and what will happen with my current reservations (SSR in December and DCL in Nov 2011).

Name is (ex): Sarah Betsy Jones Smith
Changing to (ex): Sarah Betsy Jones

The title and deed need to be changed. Call DVC MS and select "Administration". They can answer all of your questions.

My partner recently changed his name. Member Services just needed a copy of the court order for their records. Deed or is it the Title, either or, one is another event all together and you'll need to work with the county based on my limited understanding.

I should have mentioned, I am the only one on the membership and deed. So it is simply a name change, no taking anyone off or adding anyone else. Just removing one little name.

I was widowed and remarried, hence changed my name. Contact Member Administration where they can assist you with the name change and new DVC Member ID cards.

I did not change the deed yet as it can be done later if I ever decide to sell, for example..
