My husband has booked for us to have a three night break at the Holiday Inn - he was only supposed to be checking prices and accidently clicked to book, so we are now going this Friday evening. Unfortunately, we will be getting to Chessy at 00.12 by Eurostar and the shuttle buses finish at 23.55 is there any other public transport to get to the Holiday Inn? If not, does anyone know approximately how much a taxi would cost?

We will have to evening meals, what recommendations can be made - this is our first break just the two of us for years, and I would love it to be romantic. DH likes his food, but not seafood or vegetables or salad. We have thought about Innventions for one evening, but will it be strange just two adults? Also, are there any nice restaurants outside of Disney, that we could go to for one evening?

The rules for Salon Mickey state that you can visit five times in a month, is this upheld, or can you carry forward unused days from other months - I went four times in half term with parents and DD?

Thanks for any suggestions - I can't believe going back before I have even had a chance to write a trip report from last time :yay: :yay:

Unused days cannot be carried forward. If Salon Mickey is not busy then it may be okay to get in otherwise better to let someone else enjoy the benefit :)

For adults only California Grill or Manhattan Restaurant may make a nice romantic meal :)

I agree with Reid that the above two sound ideal ~ although Inventions is ideal for adults only, there is an awful lot of seafood and salad included in the buffet.

Becky has compiled a fantastic Useful Info Sticky which has links to the train timetables although at that time of night er morning I think I would feel happier using a private hire firm. There are links to those on the Useful Info sticky too, lots of posters are recommending BS Transports and I think a single trip costs around 80 euros???
