Started to go to Disney but decided we just didn't have time to schedule fast plus+ and get times we wanted. Made reservations Thursday night, we leave Monday afternoon and my teen boys are super excited about riding all the coasters and seeing the new WWHP expansion. Last trip to US/IOA was in 2010! If anyone has tips, must do's, etc... please post.

Did they like the Spiderman ride? If so, Transformers is a lot like it and the outdoor robot characters there are amazing. Funny but we were just talking about how great they were earlier today.

I would love to take a sudden trip like that! I hope that you all have a great trip.

you are in for a delight.
been quite a few changes in the parks and city walk since you were last there in 2010.

www.universalorlando.com
go there and get a quick view of what rides and shows are in the parks.
check out the harry potter section at the studios for the shops locations.
butterbeer now comes as an ice cream......

the simpson section will be totally new to you
check out the menus for that section of the studios.
waffle chicken sandwich is really good.
flaming moe drink is not good.......

it only is served in a cup, not a cone.
it's soft serve.
bought it at the hp ice cream shop in the studios side.

i have grown quite fond of it......

I liked the Flaming Moe, but you kinda have to like Tang orange drink. It think it is more cool than tasty. I liked it for what it did.

I was there about six weeks ago. We had a waffle cone of clotted cream and a waffle cone of Butterbeer; both using Snack credits.
