We used Last Minute Travel for our trip last week and got a great deal. But we did end up having major issues at the gate -- they didn't email us the voucher and we had to wait for them to fax it over to DL guest services, I spent an hour on the phone with them trying to straighten it out, and it was basically a big pain.

I'm thinking I should consider this partially my fault for not checking to make sure we had the right email before we left -- turns out the printout we had wasn't what we needed, and the girl who answered the phone when we called LMT had NO IDEA how to help. The excellent cast member manager at the DL gate was very helpful and understanding, and from the way she immediately knew what was going on I guess we aren't the only ones who were stuck without the correct voucher.

So, did Disneyland "fire" them? It seems like they aren't selling park hoppers anymore. We did have a very difficult time with them and frankly our vacation was only saved because of the great customer service at Disneyland, but it seems like others have had decent experiences.

But...I have a friend who is going next month and wants to at least give them a try, and it doesn't look like they are still offering DLR hoppers.

Does anyone know?

TIA!

I'd love to know the answer to this myself. We have booked our hotel and park tickets through Disney's own website. We may, or may not have someone else join us at the very last minute, and would like to know if we can get a 2day park hopper ticket for them at regular, or discounted price through LMT

LMT has been selling their old stock of tickets (pre-June price increase). They have to renegotiate with Disney and then they will likely be selling them again - at a higher price that is more in line with the current Disney pricing. They'll likely be $5-$10 less than advance purchase tickets purchased from Disneyland.com. There are other discounted resellers that you can go with in the meantime. I would check out getawaytoday (when we used them, we didn't even need the voucher they emailed, just a photo ID) and Ares travel.

What I'm trying to say is, even if/when they start selling parkhoppers again, your friend won't be able to get the smokin' deal you did on tickets.

Thank you, this is exactly the information I was looking for!
