I am planning one day at Magic Kingdom next Wednesday 2/10. I haven't bought tickets yet and are staying off site. How would you go about getting tickets? A few years ago, we bought online but then had to get the physical ticket at the TTC. We wanted to rope drop Seven Dwarves so got there super early but then had to wait around for the TTC to actually open. Does anyone know what time the TTC opens? I've heard the parks are opening 45 minutes early now too. Anyone have any advice or best strategies to get in the parks as easily as possible? I could buy tickets online and go to Disney Springs the day before and get the hard ticket too, right?

You can buy your tickets online through MDE. If you have an old MagicBand, you can use that; or just show your tickets on the phone at the tapstyle and they'll issue a plastic ticket. Of if you want to go to DS, yes you can get the hard ticket there.

The parking lots are opening to cars approx. 45 minute prior to stated park open time. WDW transportation is likely to get folks to the park prior to arriving by car.

I don't have a magic band. I was under the impression I had to get the plastic ticket at the TTC, good to know I can do it at the MK tapstyle. Would it be quicker if I mobile ordered something at the Contemporary or Grand Floridian, parked there for the day and walked over? That seems risky to me...

No, you can't park at a resort to go to the park for the day. They seem to be allowing cars to start lining up at the parking lot entrance about an hour prior to stated park opening. If you are off-site, that is probably your best bet unless you want to Uber to a resort for a mobile order -- and I understand that may or may not work (some have been allowed, others not).
