Last minute questions

We are getting so close to our second disney cruise and have a few questions. My DH wants to know if there is a beer package like the wine package? I thought I read something about this. Also, we will have 9 people going in a van from CBR to the port and are wondering what is the going rate of tipping the driver? Is it a flat amount or do you tip according to the number of bags? One last question, what time is the sunset in Key West? We are worried how to see the sunset and be back for the 6:00 dinner.
