Going in less than a week, and I have a couple questions before I go:

1. I know Disney allows you to take pictures while on the rides, but does Universal?

2. I'll be by myself and taking advantage of the SR lines. Does that mean I don't have to be running to FJ first thing because I can just come back later and use the SR line? I was thinking about going to Dragon's Challenge and riding both of those first and then hopping in the FJ SR line. Should I be going on something else first thing in the morning?

1.) Not sure what kinds of pictures you're wanting to take on the actual ride but most of the bigger attractions at Universal do not allow carryons and that means cameras too. They will stop the ride if they someone taking pictures on one of those attractions. I hadn't noticed that Disney allows pictures on rides except for IASM or other kiddie rides. It's too dangerous to try and take pictures on the bigger rides at WDW...IMHO.

2.) You should head over to WWoHP first thing to make sure you get in. Then you can do whatever you wanted...just make sure you get into the area.

You'll never have much of a wait using the SR line for FJ, but you do bypass a lot of the theming... then again, if you want to see all the theming, you can also go through the "castle tour only" line and take as long as you want to see everything. So, yeah, you can probably wait on FJ for as long as you want, but I agree with the PP that you should do WWOHP before any other part of the park.
