Last Minute Questions! How to bring Money, etc?

Alright I leave in 2 weeks ( )! I just have some questions since I haven't been to disney in a while.

How do you bring money to waterparks, if you don't want to leave it sitting at a chair? Do you trust lockers, etc?

How much money do you bring with you to the parks each day? (For on the go meals)

Do you think I should bring a jacket or just a hooded sweatshirt?

Does all start sports have hair dryers in rooms?

I'm using bus transportation, does anyone know the schedules, like how early they start going to the parks?

I never take money to the waterparks. My husband and father-in-law have those dive wallets and they just tie them to the inside of their shorts. You might look at getting one of those and you can just tie it on you when you are in the pools. They are small.

How much money do you bring with you to the parks each day? (For on the go meals)

We carry all of our money with us at all times. Even travelers checks. Disney in-rooms safes are secure for the most part, but it is better to be safe than sorry....which is why we just carry our money.

Do you think I should bring a jacket or just a hooded sweatshirt?

I would say a light jacket for April would be a great idea.

Does all start sports have hair dryers in rooms?

I have never visited the All-Stars, but I believe you can obtain one upon request. Just tell them at check-in or as soon as you get to your room.

I'm using bus transportation, does anyone know the schedules, like how early they start going to the parks?

I belive the busses start running at 7:00, but I am not 100% certain on that.

We have rented a locker to store wallets, etc. We also have those neat little water boxes that you hang around your neck to keep your money and valuables.

2) How much money do you bring with you for on the go meals in the parks?

That varies for everyone. Will you be purchasing lunch and snacks for just yourself? Mostly, counter-service and snack carts? I would say $20 should do it just for one.

3) Jacket or hooded sweatshirt?

Leaving in 2 weeks? I'd say the hooded sweatshirt.

4)Hair-dryers at ASSP?

I don't think so.

5) Bus schedule?

Busses usually start running about 1 hour before park opening. You should receive a transportation guide upon check-in.

The busses usually start 45 minutes before the parks open and run every 20 minutes or so. The front desk will give you all the info at check-in.

I would like to answer the question about money @ waterparks. We went to BB in Oct. and had a small soft sided cooler. The cooler had a couple of outside pockets. I stuck my cell phone and a $20.00 bill and my room key in the pocket. No one bothered our stuff. I figured if someone had took the $20.00, it wasn't all the money I had so no real big deal. I will be doing the same on our next trip. I did the locker thing on our first trip but didn't want to bother with it again.
