We're taking a family trip in Sept. (two rooms: 1) Me, DW, DS, and 2) DSis, DBIL and DNiece). Our aunt and uncle are coming over from Tampa for dinner on our arrival night at 'Ohana. My question is this: What are the chances that, should events warrant, they could get a room there for one night (Sept. 9, a Sunday) if they booked it within a week of our arrival?

And given that it's a slow time, and they're Florida residents, and have AAA and AARP, what would be the best rate deal they could probably get?

Why don't they go ahead and book a room only reservation now - I think you can cancel 5 days out.
