Last minute..Pirates and Pals Cruise invite?

Can someone make a "ticket" or something anything!!! for Pirates and Pals? My sister in law graciously paid for our family to do this for Christmas gift. but- I forgot to do the 'gift paper' request here!!!

Can someone help me?
