Last Minute NYE Camping Trip???

Am I crazy? I do have a tent and all the gear... and there are sites available at Fort Wilderness... AND my 30th birthday is next week... I say why not, but will anyone be there? My friends who work at Dis can't get into the parks because their passes are blacked out this week. I know crowds will be bad... trying to decide if it's worth it.

Check the weather (says the one who considers room service to be roughing it). Nothing much worse than camping in unrelenting rain.

It's been chilly here too... 47 degrees this morning and lower during the darker hours.

I don't think so. A CM can use his/her ID any day of the year, subject only to capacity levels/closures. If it's level 2 or below, a CM can get in the park.
