Last minute name change?

A friend is using my points for 3 rooms about 10 days from now. One member of the party had a heart attack and cannot travel. None of the 4 people in that one bedroom want to go. I know we can cancel and then put in holding but what are other options? Can we completely change the names? As in none of the 4 booked in the room go but we find another friend to take that room?

Sorry to hear but yes, you can change the names and gave others go.

like the above person said, you can change out all the names no problems. if you look on the other dvc blog website you will find a ton of people looking for oct reservations so if you are looking to rent itll probably be really easy to do that. also, thank you Disney for not charging us anything to change names or book for a guest. I own wyndham as well and their fees are ridiculous.
