Last minute January trip: reasons NOT to?

Shorter park hours and possible rides down for refurbs would be the only negatives for me. I went late January one year and the weather varied from very chilly to warm enough for shorts and a t-shirt. We never swim at WDW except once in November. The crowds were low to moderate so I finished everything I wanted to do but there was very little to do at night after the parks back then (probably better now though).

I would go again in January as long as I avoided the marathons and MLK weekend.
