last minute help!!!

We are leaving tomorrow and will be at Disneyland Tue-Thur. Questions, where and at What time should we be to see a lot of the characters? We are not doing any of the dinning with them so we are hoping to see them out in the park! Second what ride should we go to first for fast pass?

You typically can ask CM if they know when a certain character is going to be somewhere. Sometimes the lines @ City Hall can be quite long and if there is one special character, you can just ask.
With a FP, it depends on what your favorite ride is. If it is Indiana Jones or Space Mtn, get one from there as soon as you walk through the gates!
