Last minute Fantasyland sdvice

We are hopefully hitting DL at rope drop tomorrow 3/27 (8am open, no early entry) - so this is very last minute, lol.

We’re hoping to hit fantasyland first thing and ride as much as we can. Is there a particular order that the rides will get busy in? We’ll skip Peter Pan unless we really get there first/fast, and have no interest in the carousel and can do tea cups later or another time.

The park is having an Early Entry tomorrow so forget about Peter Pan.

Download the official Disneyland App and check the wait times in Fantasyland when you enter the park
The direction you should go is to avoid the castle entrance and instead take the path headed to the Matterhorn (right side of the castle walls)
Head and ride Alice in Wonderland first. The wait shouldn't be too long.
Then Mr. Toad. followed by Casey Jr.,
If you are using Max Pass, get FP for the Matterhorn now while waiting for Casey Jr. If not wait.
Next up Pinocchio, and finish with Snow White.
Should be around 9am now.
Now get a standard FP for Matterhorn if you don't have MaxPass. Then decide if heading to Toontown and meeting Mickey and Minnie. riding Gadegt Go Coaster with low waits is important.
If you have no interest in Toontown, and Finding Nemo Submarines is more important, then experience Nemo instead.
Then use FP for Matterhorn.
You basically want to be done with the above by 930am.

Then head to Adventureland. Next FP should be Indiana Jones. then ride the Jungle Cruise
Try to experience Pirates before 1030 and Haunted Mansion before 11
Big Thunder should be the next FP
Space Mountain FP after that
Star Tours FP after that
then Buzz FP.
