Last minute entrance at lounges?

What's the latest you can walk into a bar/lounge such as Oga's, Lamplight, or the bar at CC without an ADR and still get served in the evening?

It's all a virtual walk up list now. CC Al Fresco will sometimes add people to the virtual list in person if it's slow.

I've noticed they generally close the virtual walk up list about an hour before they close. Sometimes earlier like 90 minutes before closing
