Last minute Bonnet Creek or Vistana Resort

We are probably going to do a last minute trip in October (were planning to go to our local Great Wolf Lodge for a few nights, but at that price, we thought we might as well just use the $$ to go to Disney again this year!)
We loooooooove Bonnet Creek. Once in a 2 bedroom and the last 2 times in a 4 bdrm presidential.
We have a 1 year old and a 4 year old, we like to be close to pools, close to Disney (might just do MNNSHP this time though and downtown disney, etc) but mostly want some down time at a lovely resort.
We were pretty sure a return to Bonnet Creek would be the best bet but now after reading a certain fantastic trip report about Vistana we got looking around and found a package that includes air, minivan and 2 bdrm at Vistana for just over 2K.
And does anyone know if the 2 bedrooms at Bonnet Creek are bigger than the 2 bedrooms at Vistana? We love space!

I believe there are some links on here for the Sheraton Vistana Resorts. We really liked the Vistana Villages on I-drive. They have a great pirate pool.
