I'm taking my family to Orlando this weekend for a business trip and we want to stay on property Friday to Monday (11/9-11/12) but there are no rooms available. Does anyone have any ideas on how we might find a studio or one bedroom in any of the resorts on property? We'll take pretty much anything, but haven't done a short notice trip like this before and it looks like every room is booked according to member services.

Thanks for the help

There are 1 bedrooms available through CRO at BWV, OKW.

Long weekend, AP FLE preview... doubt you'll find anything available. And I'm thinking your only options will be paying out of pocket for a room, whether it is a studio or a standard WDW resort room. Have you checked Vero Beach for availability? It is an hour away but you might be able to snag a room on points over there.

Holiday weekend, Half Marathon, end of F&W Festival.... You are not going to find anything on points.

I don't know if you had them check or if you are willing to exchange to Disney Collection. Once we were stuck between a rock and a hard place with no rooms available on points and tried this. My sister opted for a Wilderness Cabin and loved it. :goodvibes Good luck. Hopefully something opens up if you call them again.

It's hard, but you could try to call MS.
Sometimes people reported that they could get rooms back from the CRO inventory to allow last minute reservations. It would make sense: if CRO has that room unrented a few days before arrival date, why don't allow a member to book it last minute and then take into CRO inventory a room later? I think it would be a win-win situation.

Keep trying. I would call too, sometimes MS pulls a rabbit out of the hat! I hope you get something!

Make cash reservations at this point and then keep calling, as others stated you never know! Sadly, with all of this weather mayhem, I've seen quite a few threads with wait lists coming through!

I would keep calling MS a couple times a day. The same thing happened to us last month and we finally got a studio.

I called today for a day next week that was not available online. I asked if a cash reissue was available, it was, the CM noticed I had points available and she went ahead and look to see if a room was available and it was. I would give Disney a call.

Good catch. It even says on the online reservation system that if you are within 10 days of a reservation date to call them as inventory will not necessarily be the same as online.
