Last Minute Advice

Leaving next Thursday.....Plane lands at Orlando at 9:45 am........ What would most of you do fo rthe rest of the day once arriving at hotel....? We will be at HRH........my sons are 7 & 8....... We are leaving th hotel Sunday at 1pm.........so just there a few days.

And what do most of you do regarding the wet rides.......ride last, take clothes........ And do you all take backpacks and store at the few rides that you can't bring them on........

I haven't been to Universal since 94 or so and there was just one park.......my husband and kids have never been there......

And suggestions would greatly be appreciated

i always go straight to the park after i check in to the hotel.


there are lockers where you can store clothes and belongings..
many do that when they go on the water rides.

since you will be so close to the park by staying on site, you could break up your day quite easily.

go to the park in the morning dressed for the water rides.
once you are done with all of them, return to the hotel to change.
no need to carry along change of clothes then.
the break from the park might be beneficial to you.

Me too, particularly if you are getting in even remotely early, I go straight to the parks. We arrived late in the afternoon about 5 and we still headed right to the parks.

Other options include the pools, City Walk and/or eating somewhere, Margaritavilles is a good choice to eat lunch. Or you could take a special trip into IOA just to eat at Mythos. I've done that as well, always well worth it.
