Last minute add on

I have a trip to Ft wilderness booked for Nov 25th. My brother and family may be coming along but he won't know if he will be able to take off of work until a few days before the trip. Does anyone know if I can add him to my package (park passes and meal plan) when we get there? They will stay in our camper so they won't need any aditional lodging. The reservation desk says I need to add them two weeks prior and the Ft wilderness desk say I can add them when we get there.

I would go ahead and add him prior..just to be on the safe side...And see ya there during turkey weekend!

We have added when we got there already. It just takes a few minutes longer.
