last July and it still bugs(spiders) me trip report

On our last trip we had a few issues with our room (BLT room7902) and some transportation issues and park issues. I normally don't write letters ,but 6 months later I finally wrote a letter. Today I got a call from Disney to discuss my letter. The CM was so nice, we had a good chat! They were wonderful discussing my concerns, they listened etc. Maybe I am being naive to some, but I really felt my comments/suggestions made a difference. I will always have faith in Disney....I am presently purchasing another DVC contract for more points!
