Last day ideas

Finally got our return flight tickets. However, it's a late flight(not too late 615pm).

My question is what should we do to kill time? Without going into the parks(because I'm sure my 7 year old will give us a hard time about having to leave and go home).

I was thinking an early morning swim but then what? TIA!!!

Take the boat over to the FW. Visit the Tri circle D ranch and petting zoo. This is where all the WDW horses are housed. Rent a bike and tour the resort. Have lunch at the Trails End.
Disneyquest might be another option for you.

This sounds EXACTLY like what I was looking for. I have been many times but never would have thought to do this!!! I think this is where we be the last day... THANKS!!
