Thanks for the kind words and Congrats on the house. When I win the Mega Millions Lottery on Tuesday (thought I would win last night ) I am buying two new houses. One on Disney property and one in Sedona for my husband, Oh forgot, we will need a new one here, probably in Bucks County, a big old mansion. One can always dream Penny

As I am still getting changes, additions and deletions I will wait at least a few more days to update. When I update, I have to reformat everything (I am not the computer savy and I hate having things look inconsistent) so I prefer to do it all at once. So keep the changes coming. Also, if anyone notices that someone should be removed because they no longer DISign, let me know & I will move them. I figure if someone hasn't DISigned in about 3 to 4 months, they are "on break". I think I'm going to post for a break from August 5th to August 31. I need to enjoy the last few weeks of summer with my family, and get the kids into school.

We are also buying a house (but not selling one). DH is in school near our current house and we are moving out of the city (Philadelphia). We are willing to go about 30 miles up a few key highways in our area. I am going to retire in a few years and DH will continue working in his second career. Once we get settled in the new house and I retire, we will sell this one (it's a duplex). Jim would love to live in the middle of nowhere with no neighbors and I would like a bit of land (1/3 acre) but want to see my neighbors. Compromising & finding something we can both agree on and is in our price range has been challenging. Fortunately I am blessed with the best husband in the whole world, so I am sure I will be happy when we finally find something we both can live in. In the interim, every weekend is taken up with house hunting which leaves little time for the DIS boards. Penny
