Last breakfast ADRs

I have read that if you have a late breakfast ADR at Tusker House, lunch items will be put out on the buffet as they transition over to lunch around 11am. And people are able to enjoy the lunch items as well as the breakfast ones. Do any other restaurants do this? I realize it would only be those restaurants that have breakfast and lunch.

The only other ones where this is really a factor are Crystal Palace and Chef Mickey. Most of the other buffet breakfasts do not serve a lunch.
