Hi All,
I can't figure out what I am doing wrong - I want to change my Jambo standard 2 night reservation to a savanna room - I have the required 6 points to do so and the room is available... 5 points available in my account, 111 points available to borrow...But...when I go to make the change, RAT says I only have 110 points available to borrow...110 points is the 50 percent of points that are not allowed to borrow due to COVID...why does it change from 111 in my dashboard to 110 when I try to book? Any help is so greatly appreciated..
