Has any diser's ever flown to Las Vegas? If so, how much was your airfare and what hotel did you stay at?

:goodvibes

I have flown Toronto to Vegas and currently looking at Ottawa to Vegas inFeb on business. I like direct flights but Haven't seen any out of Ottawa. If it for a vacation, best bet is Travelocity. They give a good hotel/air rate. I've stayed at Flamingop, Mandalay Bay and MGM. They are all great but depends on your budget. None are horrible that I have seen on the strip Vegas is a great weekend town.

Flights to Vegas- around $720 from ottawa :headache::eek: That seems high, no? (I'm looking at June)

What about looking out of the US for flights? A friend of mine goes to vegas several times/year and typically manages to get flights on off times for around $400-$500 out of Toronto.

We are going March break and our 3 flights - BUF to LAX, LAX to LAS and LAS to BUF came to about $450 total. We are staying at the Bellagio but can't give a review until after March 17th as I've never been before. I did get a much better price by phoning them though.... just do your homework first!

Expect to pay between $600-$800 when flying from YYZ and between $400-$600 when flying from BUF. However, it's not uncommon to see fares over $1000 from YYZ. Often a package is the better way to go.

There are a ton of great hotels on the strip in Vegas it all depends on where you want to be and how much you are willing to spend. I've been to Vegas about 20 times. We usually stay at Ceasar's but have stayed many other places as well. If you are looking for budget accomodation a great pick is Excaliber...it's been fully reno'd in the last few years and is south strip. If you are willing to pay more then center srtip is Planet Hollywood, Bellagio, Paris and Ceasar's. A bit further to the north is Mirage, Venetian and the Wynn. I avoid downtown as it's too far from everything else and it's a little seedy.

Return from Buffalo to Las Vegas is currently @ 411- is that a good price? or can i see it cheaper?
