Larger Swim Diapers ???

Please help! Our son is 60 lbs and has mild CP. He is 4 and working on potty training but we are not there yet, and might not be before our June trip. The regular swim diapers are not an option (he looks like he is wearing a tight speedo). Does anyone have a place to buy bigger swim diapers or ideas? Thanks!!
