Large Snakes at AKV?

Now I feel bad, I think it was my post on another thread about the snake at CR that freaked the OP out so badly. Just to clarify, you're probably completely safe in your room since I doubt a snake is going to climb up the side of the building. The snake that crawled across my uncle's foot was next to a really big rock at one of the animal viewing areas near the pool. He actually didn't even realize it was there until the CM told him to be still so that he could move the snake. After he took the snake away he told my uncle that they're pretty common there, but obviously, the CM's are trained to deal with them. I really wouldn't worry...I've actually stayed there three times since that incident...although my uncle won't stay there anymore.
