Large reservation question

I am making all the reservations, but what happens if my sister gets a postcard? Wll we be able to use it for the entire reservation? We have 3 rooms booked?

Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I think I read on these boards that you can book up to 3 rooms with a postcard code but you can only get the discount if the person who actually rec'd the postcard is present upon check-in. If your sister is going, the it looks like you're fine but you should always call the CRO to be sure.
