Large group wanting to do Disney

I have about 100 people (early 20's) that want to travel to Disney. Where do I find info on discounts for tickets and hotel rooms for such a large number.

I would start with 407-828-3318 for information for ten or more rooms.

If a majority of them are under 21, you can get youth group pricing on tickets. I don't remember the website off the top of my head, but you can find a link from the disneyworld website or google Disney youth groups.

Another thing you need to consider is transportation, how are you getting there and are you staying on property? You said early 20's, so renting cars might be an issue.

Where are you located? If you look up Festival Disney, for their music festival, they have a list of recommended agents for their groups- they had gold ones (they they REALLY recommend), and silver ones (that they also recommend). I used one of the gold ones when I took my students to Festival Disney in '10. They were BEYOND amazing. Great deal, and when I say EVERYTHING was taken care of, I'm not kidding! They took care of EVERY DETAIL! The kids and I just made sure their performance kicked butt and showed up!

Thanks for all of the info. The group wants to visit Disney but they also want to do some community service while they are there. We are from the new orleans area and will travel by chartered buses. Was really interested in info on discounted tickets and rooms. Thanks for sharing your info. It is much appreciated.

A travel agent can get you group rates (cheaper) for rooms and tickets. You may want to try that.

Thank you for posting this! It was very interesting, especially the brain teaser type things in the back. That's quite a list of agents and a great distinction for those listed.
