Large group - linking MDE accounts?

We'll be traveling with my in-laws later this summer, a party of 10. We will have 3 rooms - MIL/FIL in one, SIL & her family in another, and DH & I in the third room. A few questions:

1. Is there a way to link the MDE accounts now or can that only be done when making ADRs?

2. Is it better to use my MDE account and add all of them so it's all under one? I'm thinking this may cause confusion with MB charging though?

3. Are there any TS locations where it would be difficult or prohibited to reserve an ADR for a party of 10? I'm thinking I may need to book 5 and 5 (or some configuration) for around the same time possibly?

Thanks all!

1. Is there a way to link the MDE accounts now or can that only be done when making ADRs? Yes, you can link MDE accounts and it is better to do it now before you start making ADRs. If they already have an MDE account you can just add them as a friend and there is a place to select to add them through their MDE account. It will send them an email that they will need to accept the request and then you will be linked.

2. Is it better to use my MDE account and add all of them so it's all under one? I'm thinking this may cause confusion with MB charging though? Either way is fine - this doesn't affect the MBs because they are tied to the room the person is staying in for room charges and not your MDE account. The nice thing about them having their own MDE account is they can look at the plans without having your sign-on info, but either way works. We always travel with a group of about 7-12 people and we are all linked together through MDE. I generally book all the plans but everyone has their own MDE account.

3. Are there any TS locations where it would be difficult or prohibited to reserve an ADR for a party of 10? I'm thinking I may need to book 5 and 5 (or some configuration) for around the same time possibly? There are some restaurants that will only let you book up to 8 people online but you can call the dining number and should be able to book all in your party for those. If not, you can book 5 & 5 and ask at the restaurant to be put together or close to each other but remember this is sometimes hard to do once at the restaurant. Can't give you a list off the top of my head but you can always play around with the ADR system and check the restaurants you want to book and see if it will let you book a party of 10.

Thanks all!
