Our family is going in January. I was playing around with the reservation system and it would only let me book for 8 max. How do I go about booking for our whole party of 13? Do I need to make two diffrent reservations ? I know there are other biggert groups that reserve dining, I just need to learn how. Anyone know? Im afraid if I book two seperate adrs per resteraunt we wont get to sit together.

I think you have to call. They will never guarantee that groups will be at the same table. They may have to split you between 2 or 3 for a group that size.

I called even when I have our family of 10. I know we had to opt out of some of our restaurant choices because they couldn't seat all of us together. Good luck.

We had a few with a wedding trip last year. We had to call dining, wait on hold forever just to get the number for the person in charge of large group reservations for each restaurant we wanted. It was a pain. I know dining can book some restaurants for more than the online system can but many you have to contact the individual restaurants. For a last minute one we just booked two tables and they graciously seated us next to each other.

You can call. We were there August 18-29th and I don't recall any tables larger than 8-10. With social distancibg, even shows (Hall of Presidents) only allowed 4 seats tofether, and then skipped seats (6 ft), then 4 more. Cast members kept reminding larger parties to split into groups of 4.

We will be a party of 10. I sure hope I can do what is needed on line for ADRs. I HATE calling on the phone for any reason, but with stories of multi-hour holds for WDW that sounds like TONS of fun just to make a handful of ADRs for the few places that are open.

My mom had to call for our group of 12 for the meals that we all had together. We were able to book CRT (we ended up sitting on the edge in a circle booth and a long table with a bench booth seat on one side and chairs on the other) right on level with the elevator which we used to get our special needs child up to the resturant in. Once we transfered out child to a chair our server was kind enough to take the stroller we were using as a wheel chair and place it off to the side for us and then returned it when we were done.
The other one was Biergarten and we were on the same level as the buffet above the rail looking over to the stage. Those are longer tables and we took up an entire one.
There were more meals that 8 or our group had together but we were left out because either the food was determined to be too messy for my special needs child or my kids are too picky so we wouldn't enjoy there was determined.
There are some of the places that I would have enjoyed being with everyone else but was not asked. My advice is pick 2-4 places that all of you want to dine at (ok maybe only ask the adults and any kids over 12-13 if you want to include them) and try and book those ones. I am guessing your going to have to call, though you know a Dreams Unlimited Agent can do that for you at no cost to you. After that break into smaller group. So if you have 6 of you that want to eat at a place but 4 that don't that is fine because everyone is happy.

Never had an issue book table of 5-6 ADRs until this time....yay Covid!

Toppolino's Terrace breakfast even on the 60 day window (+3 days) had 0 openings for parties of 6...at all. Had to do a part of 2 and a party of 4.

Beaches and Cream took a lot of checking even 62-65 days out. Ironically Le Cellier was super easy (that's normally the issue).
