Large Group/2 ADRs/2 Parks?

Our reservations are linked for a Grand Gathering (Wishes Cruise), but on another day, the group wants to split up and dine in two different parks at approximately the same time. How do we keep Disney from cancelling the ADRs (we're not trying to double-book ADRs, we're just splitting the group that day)?

very easy to do. Put the reservations in the name of someone in your party going to one park and the amount of people in the party. You will get an adr number for that group then you start the same process with the second group. I have a part of 27 people + or minus and we have several different adr's for the same day as well as large group dining. I spend 1 hr and a half on the phone on Sat urday to plan everything. I got everything I wanted for Nov for the whole group. I found that they will some times refuse to serve a large group in places that are small unless its a half hour before opening. Tha't around 4:30 pm which is way ttoooo early. To get ar ound this I broke the group into 8 people and booked reservations for the time I wanted and each group got either the same time or 10 minutes apart. Go fiqure. So be alittle creative and you can get pretty much what you want at 180days out.
The grand gathering number helps mainly to keep your rooms together and if possible they will seat you near each other but frankly a party of 8 people is large so more than that near each other is nice but not necessary in our family. I just arrange so people get to sit with the peolple they choose each night. We had a dinner meeting at my house about a month ago to set everyone's dinner plans and then I made them for the whole group. I thought it would be more of a hassle than it was...however wait til I get my phone bill.
