I looked on amazon.com and they had a metal NordicWare 10 in with a lid no handles. Lecreuset makes a 10 inch no handles. Amazon had a really pretty Polish stoneware one no handles. What's up with the handle fetish??

I'm not using it as a pie pan. Handles would get in the way and / or look bad for what I want to use them for.... I was also hoping there would be at least a 12" pan....

Cheaper and heavier works..... as long as I can paint them black. In fact, heavier is better. The picture I used was from another DJ I know. He gave me the idea.
12" cake pans are a specialty size, like for weddings, so they would be more expensive. If they have them at Michael's Arts & Crafts, you can use a 40% off coupon to separately buy each one. The coupons usually come in the Sunday papers.
You might also try a Restaurant Supply store to see if they have the cake pans or 12" replacement pot lids. The lids would already have a hole in the center for the knob.
