LaQuinta Cocoa Beach?

Anyone stay at the La Quinta in Cocoa Beach?

We have a rental car to drop off so we will be taking the Budget shuttle instead of a hotel shuttle. We are interested in getting a clean hotel for a reasonable rate.

Any other hotels people would suggest?

Just looking for peoples input.

La Quinta has been around for many years and I have never heard really much about it - now I stayed there about 20 years ago when I use to "run away from home" and just wanted to be away from everyone - like time for myself, read, eat junk food, rest etc and at that time, it was really nice and quiet, but we are talking 20 yrs ago - much has grown up around it such as hotels etc, but as far from being close to anything - it isn't except for other hotels and a couple of restaurants - you are close to the beach and again not a bad place when I ride by it which is almost everyday.
