Laptop question

My apologies if this has been asked a thousand times. I am at the World for a week soon, but have to do some work while I am there. I'll need to connect to the internet with my laptop - is this easy...and how do I do it? Also, is the standard UK/USA power adapter enough to power the laptop or at least re-charge the battery? Wireless access points are available throughout Florida, in most Starbucks etc,

Just switch on your wireless adaptor, open an access point and open IE/Firefox to login I use Boingo software to access local points

yes your standard battery charger should be able to be used if you look at the "block" it should say 110-240V on it, just plug into a three pin to two flat pin adapter
