Our family will be going on our 2nd Disney Cruise April 2014. Will we get a "silver" lanyard or is this something we need to purchase? If we can purchase them where would we do that? TIA!!

Since it's your second DCL cruise, you will receive lanyards in the terminal when you check-in.

What are the lanyards for? I see some folks get them, but newbies do not. Do people wear them onboard? What do you keep in it?

My kids have lanyards for their Disney pins. Is it the same thing?

The lanyards are to hold your KTTW (room key) card. Some people love them. Others just put their card in their pockets.
