Lanyard Pin question

After waiting over 20 minutes for the CM's to enscribe one of our Make Your Own Pins (the machine would not work on the pin that I picked) A CM took me aside and gave me a Lanyard Pin of Pocahontis. What is it? She told me that any collector would trade any pin they had for it, but since I am not an avid collector, I did not see any pins that I had to have on our trip. Can anyone tell me where to find info on the pin or can anyone tell me about the pin?
