Lane Bryant coupons?

Does anyone know if they can be used on sale items? The coupons I am talking about are the $25 off a purchase of $75, $50 off a purchase of $150. I think I used to be able to use them and then they stopped accepting them on sale items. I just recieved a new one and it doesn't say that it can't be used on sale items.

They let me buy clearance stuff with the last one. But this one I just got doesn't have the $15 off of a $15 dollar purchase part. Too bad...

You can use them on sale items. The only items that aren't eligible are the "perfectly priced" items.
