Lane’s family gets a little blessing

Like many of you, I shed tears for Lane’s family when that sweet baby died. I read today that his parents just had a new baby. Certainly one does not replace the other, but that family deserves some happiness. I cried again when I heard, and wanted to share.

We were at Disneyworld when that tragedy happened and could see the emergency response vehicles from the monorail. I remember thinking something awful must have happened, but we didn't see the news until the next day. I think of Lane everytime we pass the Grand Floridian and it serves as a reminder to cherish my time with my daughter because you just never know what will happen in the blink of an eye.

A big congratulations to them on their new bundle of joy! I hope the new life brings them healing and happiness.
