Which one is the better counter service restaurant? We are staying at Pop Century, but we are trying to decide on our arrival day if we should just hang out at the resort (we will arrive in the afternoon most likely), or if we should go check out the Art of Animation Resort. Our girls will be 4 1/2 and 16 months at the time. Thank you!

They are both great food courts in my opinion! Landscape of Flavors definitely has more adventurous options, but has good old standbys as well. But you can't go wrong with Everything Pop :) And they are so close that whatever you decide, you can always try the other one the next day!

Although, I do love the Chocolate Mickey Ganache Torte at LOF...

We prefer pops food court. I do like a couple of things at AOA but pop wins for us.

Big fans of Everything Pop but LOF is def. good too. Regardless you should walk over and check out AoA resort. It's pretty awesome as well.

the surf and surf burger is outstanding, and i got it everytime! too good to try anything else. Pop was good too, they have a better ice cream station for dessert, AoA has a tiny cup of gelato, which was just ok. Pop had great chicken parmesan and breadsticks. If i had to choose i'd want surf and surf burger and Pop's ice cream sundae.

Landscape of Flavours has lots of different options and if you get the chance to check out AoA you should! That said I never had any issues eating at Everything Pop - but you will probably have more opportunity to eat there since you are staying at that resort!

Thank you all! Both still sound so good. I am sure we will end up going to both at some point. :)

With kids that small, I would stay at the resort on arrival day - especially getting in during the afternoon (nap) hours. We'd probably sit in the room for a bit to get our bearings after arrival, then head down to the pool. The food court has so many good options, I would save LOF for a day when we had more energy!

I've tried the AoA caf twice & both times wasn't all that impressed. I really wanted to love it but it just wasn't happening. The first year it opened, I had the surf & surf burger and it was bland. Little flavour & a huge amount of bread. I ended up leaving half of it on my plate. I went for breakfast last fall and found it very noisy & cavernous. The sounds of cutlery bouncing off the floor & kids crying was overwhelming. My ears hurt & I couldn't wait to get on the bus to the park. Moreso than at the POP. I'd like to try it again maybe for lunch and wondered if anyone has had any of the tandoori dishes? I know they prob aren't as good as the Sanaa lunch options (would just be too much to ask) but curious if they were worthwhile?

I like Landscape of Flavors better. I think the food options are more interesting, and there are also more dessert and drink options which is nice, especially if you're on the DDP and have all those things included.

The first time (2011) that we stayed at POP, we loved the food, the last time (2014) we weren't impressed. Breakfast was good, but lunch and dinner just weren't the same. We ended heading over to AoA at the end of our trip and found so many better options. We enjoyed the food a lot more at AoA.

I had a vegetarian platter there last fall with roasted squash, roasted cauliflower and tomatoes, rice and naan. Was too hungry to wait for a fresh batch of spinach with paneer. It was great! Not terribly spicy, but very tasty. I will definitely go back for that again.

We prefer AoA's foodcourt - you could check out the menus to help decide- they have very different things.

I prefer Landscape of Flavors. The menu is more interesting, and I think the food is a little bit better quality.

Having tried both I have to say we preferred POP. But we also aren't adventurous eaters, especially DD.

We recently stayed at Pop and we had a lunch/dinner meal at each.

Pop's offerings were just fine for a quick service meal - the usual burgers, fries, sandwiches, subs, salads.

Landscape of Flavors is definitely a unique experience. It's not a far walk between the two so I recommend walking over! One day, we took a bus back from Hollywood Studios and just jumped on the AOA bus instead of the Pop bus. Had lunch there and walked back.

I had the Surf n Surf burger which was a crab cake topped with popcorn shrimp, lettuce, tomato, and cajun remoulade on a brioche bun. Came with seasoned house made fries. One of the best QS meals I have had in Disney, especially at a resort!

My fiance just had a create your own burger. Even so, the options seemed more plentiful than the ones at Pop.
