Landrys gift card+AP discount+Select club?

I bought the McCormick gift card at Costco, $80. for $100. and an an AP holder. I was thinking if joining the Landry Select club everyone is talking about. Does anyone know if I can use all three at once?

Also, Costco has Ghirardelli gift cards online, same deal.

We were not able to combine the club rewards with our DVC discount last year. We paid with a Visa GC.

McCormick and Schmick's is a restaurant owned by the Landry's chain. All Landrys restaurant gift cards are interchangeable within the chain.
