This card has been around for a while.

Rainforest Cafe and T-Rex get dumped on a lot around here, but they're not bad food-wise. They are loud and themed, but the food is good and the service is usually great.

Maybe the post is because they are doing away with the safari club and everyone is getting switched over to the Landry's Select Club (minus the $25 welcome credit) They will be getting double points on their first visit instead.

Probably this. I received an email since we are a Safari Club Member that stated they were "upgrading" us for free.

You can also sign up online now, with the Safari club it had to be done at the restaurant. I just signed up. It said I will receive my $25 on my account within a few days. Also, since this is my birthday month, it said I will get that $25 in a few days.
