I enrolled last month and never got a card so I called and they discovered they never mailed one. Can I use my card number to get a table and use my $25 reward?

just use the app on your phone it works the same as having the physical card.

I don't have a card either. I just use the app.

you can also tell them your name and I believe cell number or maybe email address and give them your id and they can look it up. They did that for me when I forgot my card.
