LandMark

So 3 friends of mine have went to weekend long LandMark sessions. Its an organization that claims to empower you and change your life etc... my one friend went a year ago and still claims it has changed her life .. the other two just went 2 months ago and are .. really really into it. I have problems with motivation just like anyone else... so I might go. Its Pricey ! Has anyone done it? Is it worth it?
