As some of you may already know, Universal has it's own land and sea pkg now with Royal Caribbean. I'm thinking of booking that for me and Kenny's 10 year anniversary next year! (We'll be there around spring break) I checked it out and it looks pretty good. We've only done the Disney Land & Sea, but can't do that one this time. (Although we do plan on going over and visiting Mickey while we're there.) ;)

Anyhoo, I saw you can do some off-site off-site hotels as well as on-site ones. We've never been to Universal, only to Citywalk. (We went to Universal in Cali and it was too crowded...Halloweentime). Any advice on which hotels to choose? We both would love to do HRH or Loews Pacific. I want to stay close to it all due to a an old leg injury and prefer not to walk to kingdom come as my mom puts it. LOL.

If you don't want to do a lot of walking then I would stay onsite. The Doubletree is across the street but it is still quite a walk.
