WHAT?? I adore this attraction! It's just so nostalgic and brings me back to my childhood every time. Plus I like the corney-ness and the song :goodvibes

I have never been on Stitch, but I remember going on Alien Encounter when I was 17 and my little brother was 8 or 9. He was so scared and crying and I had to try and comfort him even though we were strapped in those awkward shoulder harness things.

Speedway. But this topic shouldn't exist. We are not choosing our lamest attraction but from a list of your lamest attractions. We all have different opinions and tastes. For example there are at least three in your poll that I don't consider lame at all, even by a stretch. Nemo lame? If there's no line I'll cycle it three or four times, it's totally cute. For all the slamming IASW gets it doesn't appear in your poll. And Robo is right, running down attractions IS in poor taste, consider people here who haven't experienced any of this, the first timers. Should they arrive at the World predisposed to disliking certain attractions because we said they are lame? We all should learn to dislike Stitch of our own accord, so we know why we dislike simulated chili dog burps.

But Speedway. Meh.

I'm a teenager, but I still have fun with my friends on some of the least liked attractions.

I enjoy all of them except for Stitch. I just find myself plugging my nose so I don't have to smell the burp.

I voted for Stitch, because when I compare it to the Alien ExtraTERRORestrial Encounter, it seems like an injustice! OK, I am being overdramatic of course. But seriously, there is no comparison of the two and I agree that it would require something like a stay in Cinderella's Castle to get me to smell that burp again.

I actually like Stitch but I think I'm one of the only people here that does like that ride.

The one I disliked the most doesn't actually exist anymore. I went on Snow White's Scary Adventures last February before it closed and I just wasn't as impressed as everyone else seemed to be. I know it was a classic but I wasn't blown away by it and actually found it almost to fast to really enjoy.

I haven't been on Stitch -yet- (I'll be on it next month) but I seem to recall that Alien Encounter as being absolutely horrifying (I think I was 10 or 11 when I went on that). I remember liking Ellen a lot though.

I don't think it's in poor taste to ask people which is their least favorite ride (or is the word 'lame' people object to??). Just because we love a place, doesn't mean we have to love every single thing about it. And I love to see poll results, no matter what the question, b/c I like to see how the masses feel and to see if i'm in the majority or minority. And if I was newbie I'd be happy to see something like this b/c if I'm pressed for time in a park and have to choose between Stitch and Splash Mtn. (assuming I know nothing about either), I'd be glad I saw this thread so I didn't choose Stitch

Captain EO!
I've done it once out of curiosity and now I'm done!
Never again shall I watch it.

It may be the lamest but I wouldn't know. I will never go on a ride where the main character is a child molester - I am very disappointed with Disney on the decision to bring this back.

Oh, whatever. That's not true, and you're just saying it to rile people up. Go back under your bridge and look into the facts before spouting hate.

I'd have to go with Triceratops Spin. It's not really any different from Dumbo, and the whole Dinoland area doesn't fit in with the theme of Animal Kingdom.

I said Great Movie Ride just because it is so outdated. The idea behind the ride is still great, they just need to update the scenes/story line.

Astro Orbiter is a GREAT ride. Still gives me a thrill.

agree! especially after all the advances in animtronics.

Does anyone like that lame movie on the second floor in The Land. It's so lame, I can't even think of the name of it. What a waste of space. They should replace it and bring back Food Rocks.

I voted Stitch. Our friends warned us, but we didn't listen.

Oh well, one less thing to do on our next trip, freeing up time for the non lameo rides.

I think Its a Small World is Lame, but I guess it's Disney Classic so it's tolerable.

My DH would probably vote for Its a Small Wolrd too! If I have to admit to a "classic" that I kinda think is lame I'd say Pirates of the Caribbean...I know, everyone can bash me now  As a kid I LOVED the ride but the last few times I've gone I always just think 'yawn.' Maybe the Jack Sparrow movies make me crave more excitment now or something?? I'll still always ride it and tell anyone who goes to ride it because it's a classic, but since we are being honest here...

Agreed!!! If it's "poor taste" to discuss what we like and don't like about different aspects of WDW then there'd probably only be like 4 Disboard threads! Any newbie should form their own opinions and then come back to the Disboards and share them! Should we apply this rule to WDW restaurants? Of course not...we're all here to share our thoughts, good and bad ::yes::

I have to agree. I think the word lame is probably what makes it "offensive" to some.

I voted Astro Orbiter because it scared me as a kid and I've never been back on it. I haven't been onto Stitch because Alien Encounter terrified me and I've never had a desire to go back into that building!

SO not lame! Nostalagic!!!

Soarin is the lamest ride but there is not fill in your own option, so my vote goes to Stitch.

I concur fully. This is for everyone who saw it as a kid. I remember watching this at DL when i was a little kid. It was the most awesome thing ever. Now it's funny and terrible in a fantastic way.

Captain EO is just so... well... lame. I know I may be in the minority but I really, really liked Honey I Shrunk the Audience.
